Everything else is ok: Phone , wifi ...<br />
I tried it in all chanel.<br />
I reboot various times , no effect.</p>
<p dir="auto">I am using a Prepaid contract by Vodafone Germany.</p>

Can only think of checking with your network provider that all is OK from their end and as suggested trying your sim in another phone to rule that out. If that all OK it sounds like bug report time, or trying a reflash of ubports first.</p>

If that doesn't do it put it back into flight mode switch phone off completely for a few mins and try again. This normally forces the data connection from the sim.</p>
