However, the default recovery on the device (a Samsung A7) has an option called "Boot from SD card", so I was wondering, can I install UT on a SD card and boot it using the recovery? And if I can, how can I do that?

I appreciate any answers in advance.

Running UT from an SD card I have only seen once and I believe the device was one of the Fairphones or Pinephone. It was difficult to do.
