I have installed UT which is Xenial on the Development channel. Any other version and as the title states the Ubuntu splash screen restarts, which I presume is Lomiri crashing and restarting. As the Development channel works, I again presume this is down to the screen, being of a certain make.
I thought the screen issue had been sorted out from OTA-19 of Xenial.
I also know there is unfortunately not a maintainer (if I had the skills and time I would take it on) at the moment.
I am going to replace the screen at some stage and then try again with Focal and see if the hardware solution resolves it.

It looks to be genuine and not OEM. Testing and working with 16.04 development. Once I have fitted it properly, I will then try focal again.
