<![CDATA[OSM Scout Server @ Fairphone 5 does not start]]>

Ubuntu Touch 24.04 (r519)
OSM Scout Server Version 3.1.5
Fairphone 5

I just installed OSM Scout Server but it does not start:
I see a white screen with the message
Initialisiere und warte auf Server
Server angehalten
There is no menu or button to see where I could disable auto start.
