Reboot the phone,
Re install the app,
You will receive the code in your telegram web client.

The only suspicious message I could find was this (and I don't know if it's really related):
Type error: Cannot read property 'registered' of null

When trying to open the Telegram app, I was welcomed just by a blank screen.

I deleted
/home/phablet/.config/com.ubuntu.telegram/[phone_number]/auth
and automagically I've received a new code (in my Telegram desktop client). I entered that code in the phone, and Telegram is alive and kicking again.

Why that problem happened in the first place, I don't know, but I think something went very wrong with yesterday's Telegram outage.
