how i can do for get that work back!?

Xenial 16.04 generally uses 4.x kernels, and most Samsung devices in Ubuntu Touch ports are ported on Xenial 16.04 (except for the Samsung S7, which supports 20.04). This might also resolve initrd and other errors.
