<p dir="auto">Your device is not the T-Mobile or Verizon US models?</p>
<p dir="auto">If not try reinstalling UT to the device from the bootloader (manually selecting it from the drop down box).</p>
<p dir="auto">If that fails, reinstall Android and try again.</p>
