I write this to encourage someone who has one of these most excellent little tablets, not to give up on it.

After LineageOS, after Factory Android, after UBPorts Installer errors (in Linux and MacOS versions) leaving me only Fastboot and Ubuntu Recovery to look at, after mystifying myself over re-partitioning fixes… and putting my best-ever ‘device’ in a drawer...

Today I simply ran UBPorts Installer again - (MacOS 0.11.2) - and even though errors appeared as the process started (leftovers on the recovery screen?) Nexy has finally booted into Ubuntu Touch - (16.04 (OTA-25)) - and all appears quite well.

I’ll let you know here if serious problems show up.
