If I rotate the phone around the screen flickers briefly on/off very quickly (like a strobe). It doesn't stay on long enough to let me use the mailer. So I can't access speaker phone or use automated systems.</p>

If its not the stable channel (system settings, updates, channel) please try that first then let us know.The Logviewer app from the openstore is a great way to produce logs to track down issues if you still need it later.
