<![CDATA[Has something gone wrong]]>Hi
Started installing at 6.30pm over a 16mbps download. The installer on the laptop says flashing image and has a circle going around a figure. On the phone I have a large start button at the top, then the Android bot on the side, then a list of jargon. My phone is a Nexus 5. I had to go out and the laptop went to sleep. Could that cause a problem please? Or is it a long installer?

Did the installer detect your device? if not choose it yourself. To put the device into fastboot switch off and hold power plus volume down at the same time. Let the installer run. If you still have problems try a few other usb cables. If the installer seems to stick try quickly unplugging and replugging this normally happens when UBports recovery has been installed.

It then went on to install the UT bootloader and stopped both on the phone and the program, the program waiting for the phone to be detected in the boot loader. and there it stayed never to do anything again. I am looking for the image to install from there.
