Please consider not updating your devel device or switching to another channel until the problem is resolved. If you are trying to install Ubuntu Touch on your Oneplus One, install the 16.04/stable image, which is not affected.

The stable and rc channels with the Oneplus One are not affected.

The devel channel on other devices is not affected.
