<![CDATA[Telegram app does not download files/photos anymore]]>The Telegram app 2.5.5.0 does not download fotos anymor, it only shows a small bubble. The same is true for the command line tg-cli client used outside of UBports. There it gives an error message:

FAIL: 92: RPC_CALL_FAIL 400: FILEREF_UPGRADE_NEEDED

Don't know why, but they do work again. Fine.

TELEports is develloped now with the aim to replace it totally.
