Hello and thank you for your great work on UT! What about the integration of connectors for streaming services such as Spotify, Tidal or Deezer directly into the native UT music application?
        Cheers

With the Pinephone potentially also supporting convergence through the display port, is this currently a bit neglected feature going to see more official support? Are there things that work better/differently with Libertine etc. on the Wayland based Pinephone in regards to convergence?

          OnePlus3 (dev)

To start with, Keep up the good work !!!

Based on last Q&A with the KDE team, when can we expect a qt update ??

Because UT/Ubports can be found on multiple platforms, I was wondering if you can be found on LBRY.
In case people don't know what it is, it is a/the YouTube alternative based on blockchain.
This would also make it easy for fans to donate some credits.
If yes, what is the link ?
If not, are there plans ?

              Just 🤣
And to not just react to this comment, I will ask a question :
Are there any joined plans with KDE guys and/or others communities to help developers to create a convergent app ?

I think about "Pure Maps" (which is great) and I wonder if there are some designs or technical choice we can make to create a good convergent app or to avoid some troubles in the process of doing.
What are the things we have to keep in mind to develop for Plasma Mobile, Desktop, Unity8, even android (for those who wants a larger audience).
Such cross-community platform may be interesting, something like a wiki all invested communities can refer from their own community to the convergent information base.

File Manager authentication dialogue is now missing (Nexus 4 and BQ M10, both running devel 469). Same for Terminal. What is intention for the future?
(See recent discussion in Support channel.)

This is a bug. They aren't missing, but for some reason are not being popped properly.

No need to go into too much detail, but I'm curious:

Currently, what are the biggest differences (if any) between the daily builds available for the PinePhone compared to the builds available on the edge channel?

And, in general, do the daily builds for the PinePhone lead, or follow, the edge channel?

                      Hi!

I just want to push back a little about some thing Florian said in the chat. That in the future pinephone image will be readonly to protect people from destroying it using apt...

I just think that would be a mistake...
I think all the distros have a tunnel vision... You are so focused on developing os for a phone... you are forgetting that that a free and open linux phone can be use for many other things...

For instance it can also double as your desktop computer (through the display port). Developing and testing apps for the phone on the phone.

                          @AppLee Don 't cry ! 😉 You probably know this link : https://github.com/ubports/qtwebengine-opensource-src-packaging/issues
Updating qt is probably a good 'way of the cross 🤕' for Balcy but I totally trust it👍 !!
