You can have it as I plan to buy a PinePhone when stable. It's 4 months old and rarely used.

Just checked and for Nexus 5 you can find genuine batteries for cheap.
"BL-T9" from LG, less than 10$.

The Nexus5 isn't exactly great on battery life even with a brand new battery though.

Never buy "replacement" batteries, always try to find a genuine one.
For example for my MX4, genuine is "BT40" (edit : from Sony), and can be easily found on the net.

And yes, replacement screens for phone are very cheap most time, i bough one for my MX4, but backlight was terrible (high clouding), touch feeling not good (feel like touching sand), and sizing was quite different...
I finished buying an androïd MX4 and used its screen to replace my uTouch MX4 one.

And the batteries I´ve bought from Ali have been terrible, I bought 2 for Lumia 950 and 1 for Samsung tablet.
I bought a refurbished Sony Xperia X Compact and I broke the screen on the 3rd day and it was in my pocket facing my thigh so for sure a replacement screen with no Gorilla glass. And many of the sellers there advertise some phone as new but they are just refurbished. Just be aware. Make sure to read all the reviews.

I found one on ebay with uTouch installed for ~100€, but not sure it's allowed to put links like that here.
And it's possible to find N5 androïd version way cheaper than 100€ (found 55€).
