<![CDATA[Wish list : which apps do you need?]]>Just wondering what kind of apps you wanted on Ubuntu Touch.
As for me, I'd love

-An alternative browser
-a color to do list
-vocal search
-an app to learn HTML5
-One for the QML basics
-some crazy alarm you can't stop without solving maths equations
-one for a dark mode (reducing the intensity of light even more)
etc etc

And you? what would you like to see?

personnaly, I m found of the fossify apk (on android - https://f-droid.org/en/packages/org.fossify.calendar/ ). Calendar, note, contacts... they are great quality and cover a large needs.
most of all, it will help androids (lineage) users to switch to UT...
I don't know if the code is realy open and how difficult it is to port them (i have no any competences in app building). but it could be agreat advantage for UT ?

I have adjusted some settings and the tabs persist between reboots but the pages always require that I log in again

As for erasing all tabs LibreWolf is privacy/security focused so this is default behavior, you can turn it off in about:settings

keepass does not work for me (and I think for many).
I managed to get my passwords to uwolf but that is not a great solution because I use keepassxc on my desktops so I now need to do an extra 'dance' to update the passwords on uwolf. Also, I can't copy passwords from uwolf to non-X apps and uwolf erases all tabs when you close it, so I need to constantly re-login to stuff.

Even reporting bugs is a challenge. I would like to include my log files from logviewer but I can't easily log into gitlab on morph without password integration (to copy-paste the logs) and I can't copy them to uwolf or copy the passwords to morph. So when I file a bug report I need to again do a whole 'dance' to migrate logs to my desktop and then upload them to gitlab.

I feel like this is a huge sticking point right now. Even bigger than waydroid issues.

Which runs fine on normal ubuntu, but on the phone there are some apparmor things that prevent the app to run tor by itself (same problem as the other tor apps). So it only works if it is connected to an external proxy or tor is run from the terminal.

And about gps, mozilla recently shutdown MLS which could be used with geoclue, if it happens in some time, it will probably be with a proprietary service like google.

It probably won't change until we properly support wayland. Wayland already works on some devices but still lack many integrations.

For now, you can try other browsers in the store such as Sapot Browser. It's a fork of Morph and I created it to implement what I want in Morph and I hope many of its improvements and changes will eventually land to Morph 😄
