I had to remove the back cover to trying to get a stuck nano sim adaptor and think thats when it happend. I don't know for sure what log to send.</p>
<p dir="auto">But I'd tend to blame the hardware in your case...<br />
Did the GPS worked when on Android ?</p>

The sensor status app shows no info for my gps. I need to know what log to send and I will be glad too if that will help. Thanks.</p>

Have you tried to let your phone outside for 10 to 30 minutes with screen unlocked ?</p>
<p dir="auto">To do so, I start a route with Pure Maps, but you can deactivate the lockscreen in the settings. The app doesn't matter.</p>
<p dir="auto">The first lock is hard to get but it gets better once done.</p>
