it has 2GB Ram and 16GB internal and Android 5.0 (lolipop) OS. can i port this devices to ubuntu touch, it also doesn't have lineage os or cyanogen os.</p>

I understand.<br />
In order to port Ubuntu Touch to your device, we need the android AOSP kernel with all specific modifications to talk to the various hardware components.<br />
I don't know if there is a way to get those sources from elsewhere, but Cyanogen or Lineage guys achieve to get it, so there is a way...</p>

am going through the  documentaions and they also say take lineage os or cyanogen os source file. and it sucks for devices like mine.</p>

Hi, if there is no existing port of Lineage or Cyanogen, it will be harder for you to port.<br />
I have almost zero knowledge in porting.</p>
