<![CDATA[TELEPORTS questions]]>Hi @Flohack
I have encountered these two problems (OTA-14, BQ E5 HD, last TELEports), so before openening reports, i want to know if they are known :

  • can we send logs with TELEports ? It doesn't work for me.
  • After turning for a while, the wheel got stuck on the disconnect screen. For three attemps to close (forced to make finger swipe to close).

You can go to an official App and see all your active sessions, and also log them out there. Like so:

You can see I have a lot of sessions open, It would be really cumbersome to always log out and in again. Also, when you are logged out, you wont receive push notifications anymore.

I'm talking about a captured xxx.log file if an app issue is found.
Yes you right i'm log out, seen when i launch again the app. Are you saying that we can stay permanently connected? No security risk ?

For the second part, I really did not try to log out for a long time. But its ok, even if it got stuck, you will probably have been logged out correctly. On the next start you should be asked for your phone no again...
