From what I can find, msm8974 is the camera on a OPO A0001--Android ver 6.0.1--Model Elderberry 5--Cyanogen ver 13.1.2-ZNH2KAS3PO-bacon--Kernel 3.4.110 Cyanogen Mod g326cp3a--Build MHC19Q--Status Enforcing. Didn't have too much trouble with earlier model.

Go to android app settings- camera- force quit. Recognized as OPO bacon. Good install.
