Devices subforums will move up!

Hi All,
due to the huge amount of devices we created subforums. But then we found out that they will be more efficiently used for support and general questions than for porting. Because, normally there are not that many people working on porting the same device, and they will find other channels, if needed, to communicate.
So, the subsection devices will move up into its own top-level folder Devices
