        RC channel swap fixes this issue.

          @alexjoverton this seems not to be an issue on every device.
          I have this issue on FP3 , but not on BQ e4.5.
          So it is either an arm64- or halium9-specific issue.

          Devices: BQ e4.5, Fairphone 2, Fairphone 3, Lenovo X605, Pinephone, Moto Z2 Force

            @luksus The issue is fixed in devel. FP3 is I guess using GSI which is not officially supported, and probably doesn't have the needed fixes.

              @dobey Thanks for the info.
              The FP3 uses the "generic" android9 arm64 rootfs (https://ci.ubports.com/job/xenial-hybris-android9-rootfs-arm64/).
              I just created a new system.img from it and now camera is working again.
              Until yesterday I only did OTA-updates. Perhaps it was needed to do a full system update, to solve the issue.

              Devices: BQ e4.5, Fairphone 2, Fairphone 3, Lenovo X605, Pinephone, Moto Z2 Force
