You can do that with a Oneplus One. That is not a new phone but it is still quite good.

I will buy the best with rechargeable battery so i saw the list and found only Samsung Note 4 and Neo. Is once higher in that device list with rechargeable battery?

I may try and get a exynos port working again at some point, but it may be faster if someone who has more time available to try and do the porting rather than waiting on me.

Well, you can buy them, but you will not currently be able to install Ubuntu Touch on them. A device needs to have a port that is specifically made for that device and it will not work for others. Otherwise the devices page would not just say "(910F, 910P, 910T)" but it would also mention the one you have in mind.

If you have the skills, or want to get them, you could learn how to port UT to your device of choice. But for now, if you just want to install it, pick a device that is mentioned on that page.
