I got an error after, screen showed untrusted device, rebooting. Now the phone just stays powered with the sony name with the white screen. I am unable to turn off the phone.

I was thinking of trying a different way to reformat the phone and start over. Any thoughts or suggestions are very helpful. Thank you

I keep getting the device is inlocked and cant be trusted. Loops in reboot from the Sony screen to the linux reboot screen.

I downloaded the sony rom to flash it again and start over. There were a few technical issues as expected. I was not able to get it back to factory.

Will keep trying. Thanks again!

You can try starting it normally after that.

EDIT: You will have to hold them down for a very long time.
