Probably ChromeOS but you can install standard Linux apps as it runs a Linux kernel.<br />
Or even a standard Linux, I doubt Windows can run on a Chromebook.</p>

UT is already ported to the Nexus 5 (in other words, there is an installation file available for it in the installer).</p>

Check the bootloader is unlocked (it normally is on a N5) and install adb and fastboot tools onto your laptop.
