Also, AFAIK no port exists for Windows phones...
There no existing procedure.

Android is based on Linux so we can use the open source part of android and build around it.
For windows the journey would be long and difficult I guess.
So if you don't know where to start, I'd say that you will probably not be able to do it...

It seems like there is no port for the lumia yet. It is going to need a custom image made for it https://docs.ubports.com/en/latest/porting/introduction/Intro.html?highlight=porting
