I just recently decided to try out Ubuntu Touch so I tried to install it on my phone and now just like the title it's basically bricked, can't do anything with it.<br />
I tried factory resetting it but it didn't work, searched the internet but no results.<br />
I'm relatively new to this kind of stuff so this might be a dumb question.<br />
Any help is appreciated, I just want my phone to work again.</p>

<p dir="auto">That's actually PERFECT! <img src="https://forums.ubports.com/assets/plugins/nodebb-plugin-emoji/emoji/android/1f604.png?v=e9f7455a4ac" class="not-responsive emoji emoji-android emoji--smile" style="height:23px;width:auto;vertical-align:middle" title=":D" alt="😄" /></p>
<p dir="auto">Fastboot means you can flash the Stock Xiaomi Android ROM and have a working phone again! <img src="https://forums.ubports.com/assets/plugins/nodebb-plugin-emoji/emoji/android/1f609.png?v=e9f7455a4ac" class="not-responsive emoji emoji-android emoji--wink" style="height:23px;width:auto;vertical-align:middle" title=";)" alt="😉" /></p>
<p dir="auto">Just use their official tool to do so : <a href="https://c.mi.com/in/miuidownload/detail?guide=2" rel="nofollow ugc">https://c.mi.com/in/miuidownload/detail?guide=2</a></p>
<p dir="auto">But please make sure you flash the latest Stock Xiaomi Android ROM that's needed as the base version in order to be able to flash Ubuntu Touch afterwards! <img src="https://forums.ubports.com/assets/plugins/nodebb-plugin-emoji/emoji/android/1f609.png?v=e9f7455a4ac" class="not-responsive emoji emoji-android emoji--wink" style="height:23px;width:auto;vertical-align:middle" title=";)" alt="😉" /></p>

Now it's just stuck on the bootup screen the only thing I can access is fastboot I can't even get to recovery mode even if I used ADB to reboot into recovery it just stuck on the mi logo</p>

You can often "break the bootloop" via ADB or Fastboot commands!</p>
<p dir="auto">You have already tried Power Button + Volume Up or Down probably or not ?!<br />
Or by holding the Power Button for a long time ?</p>
<p dir="auto">I can remember having the same issue and solving it a couple of times so it should be possible! <img src="https://forums.ubports.com/assets/plugins/nodebb-plugin-emoji/emoji/android/1f642.png?v=e9f7455a4ac" class="not-responsive emoji emoji-android emoji--slightly_smiling_face" style="height:23px;width:auto;vertical-align:middle" title=":)" alt="🙂" /></p>
