When i reboot to apply the update for the OS I always press Volume Up/Down to see the logging/progress of the whole process and these errors show up :

Keyring doesn't exist : device signing

__bionic_open_tzdata : couldn't find any tzdata when looking for Europe/Amsterdam!

__bionic_open_tzdata : couldn't find any tzdata when looking for GMT!

__bionic_open_tzdata : couldn't find any tzdata when looking for posixrules!

My phone does display for example 5:55 PM instead of 17:55 when it's locked and I don't see any option to change it so could these things be related to one another ??

On a regular Debian based install I would do something like this :

dpkg --re-configure tzdata

and probably be done with it...

Can I safely do the same after remounting the OS as Read & Write ??
