<![CDATA[Issues activating Hotspot on OnePlus One]]>I have a OnePlus One running the latest rc build. However, when I try to activate the hotspot so I can share the Internet connection with another device, it can take 15 plus attempts to turn it on. I have noticed that the notifications hotspot button does not do anything to the hotspot in Steens. To say that if I turn hotspot on in the notification panel and then go to hotspot in settings, it is not turned on and visa versa.

Has anyone come across this before or know how to fix it?
