Hello,
would it be an idea to have a kind of Coding Workshop at locations?
I personally find it hard to figure out how to get going with implemanting stuff for UT on my own. although there are some efforts done to make it easy
Is anyone interested in this?

Hmm let's see. I am sitting in Munich and I could oragnize something but for this I really need someone who does know UT
We could use my office, which has plenty space and I might even be able to organize dinner
Depends if we can announce this in e.g MeetUp. -
I thought maybe we could meet before or after an event / fair. Just saw that the team is going to attend FOSDEM 2018.
Would this be an idea?

Sounds like it could be an interesting element of a wider 'meet'. Could be an independent UBports meet rather than a fringe to something else

Hi all,
Munich suits me anytime except that I got a few business trips upcoming at least mid of Jan and beginnning of Feb. Also, there is a huge one coming my way (where I am a few weeks in Spain); but it is not decided yet.
So yes, end of Feb/begin of March is ok
And yes weekend is preferred...

I'm in the south of Munich and would like to attent too.
I could give a talk about running a chroot system inside and how to use this to compile and run applications not available in UT, if this is of any interest.

I got thepermission to use our office and got some sandwiches thrown in as well.Okay. So we need now an agenda what we want to do. I liked @guru's proposal.
@Flohack I understood you correct that you also can provide some basics?Otherwise let's try to get also some advanced topics and maybe we can try to fix some bugs?
Furthermore I try to make it more public so we get more attention

@twinkybot Well from UBports side it is Jan and probably me (though need to confirm some company travel around the proposed times. The 17th of March for example is too late for me but nevermind :)). I suggest that we try to find min 5 people. Whats your max capacity?

I'm in Valais (Wallis) Switzerland and I'd be very interested in meeting UT peers and learning few tricks from you guys. It will depend on my work schedule before I can confirm but weekend is definately more suitable.
