It does work perfectly. GPS fix is fast < 1mn after boot.

So I guess the device make a difference. I did a lot of comparison between both because I need to choose the one to keep as my main phone 🙂

Sometimes, though it takes ages. An actual reboot fixes that. And by actual I mean sometimes it just restarts unity instead of rebooting. Then reboot for real.

The phone must be outside with a clear view of the sky. You also need to inhibit suspension of either the lock screen by means of Settings, or the application by means of UT Tweak Tool.

I don't think device is much in count about first GPS fix. And it can take up to 30 mn depending on in sigh satellites number, UT does not use A-GPS for now.

The more you do it in open wild ground with all sky in sigh, or on roof of highest building, the more it will be short time.
