Would anybody like to share a reference to a brand and type of protective casing for LG Nexus 5, compatible with the Ubuntu Touch swiping gesture? Preferably deliverable to Europe.

Without any ideas, I will go for a universal wallet-type casing with sticky panel and without internal borders, but previous experience learned that the panel's stickiness tends to wear off due to dust infiltration, eventually causing the phone to fall out the casing.
