Ok so you want to install Ubuntu Touch on your device that for now runs android ?

If your device is not already supported, then you'll have to wait untill it is, there is no "request" procedure here, that's not how it works for a port to be done for a device.

And by the way, Waydroid and Ubuntu Touch are two separate things, even if waydroid can run ON Ubuntu Touch.
