I have a german web.de account and dekko never seems to fetch all the new emails from all folders. Can I have some wrong settings?
Does anyone know an alternative to dekko?

Not necesseraly, website login session duration depends on admin settings for cookies.

While it is almost "always" here and i can close browser and still be connected next time i open it, only manual deconnection closes session, on my webmail, it never last more than one day, and if i close browser, it expires.

In one web page, and the email web view is not desktop friendly. I found the option though to define an app passphrase, maybe woth this it will be more reliable in dekko2. Thanks

In your case, there is probably a good setting to find, one or more parameters to adjust, to keep the session open. In any case, the webapps built with webber, allow, I think for the most part, to keep the sessions open: this is the case for example with a webapp from the ubports forum, from a github link...

I was about to give you same advice as @<bdi>wizardi3</bdi> .
I do it for my main mail adress and it works well with morph.

I use Dekko2 with no issues I have noticed.

Check that your email provider supports 2 step verification which will involve using an app specific password that you generate on their website and then create the account on Dekko2 using generated password rather than your normal login password. I only use one Inbox as well and only save emails if they are required to be saved, otherwise most get deleted to keep the cache size down.

There is no real alternative to dekko2 (which could do with a good amount of love and attention) unless you count webapps. This topic comes up quite often as a search of the forum will show.
Yes perhaps check your account details and or maybe create your own webapp using webber.
If anyone can or does want to help on dekko please let us know.
