<![CDATA[internal flash memory full]]>Hi! I got myself a SD-Card in the hope this way it will be possible to use the phone for taking pictures and videos.

Despite having removed almost all media from the internal flash, not much space is left:

With du in Terminal, I learned, that 1,3G is used by .local and 2,3G by .cache

The most space is taken by...
826M .cache/Media Player
792M .cache/libertine-container
111M .cache/unity-thumbnailer
53M .cache/openstore.openstore-team
32M .cache/ubtd.fourloop2002
28M .cache/com.ubuntu.calculator

262M .local/share/ubuntu-download-manager
512M .local/share/com.mikeasoft.podbird
249M .local/share/soy.iko.podphoenix
45M .local/share/textsecure.nanuc

Some of the programs listed in .local are not installed anymore, such as podbird. Would it be safe just to delete some of these folders?

Any other tips for keeping internal memory clean and system running smoothly?

You can clear (installed) applications caches (and eventually datas and configs) using Ubuntu Touch Tweak Tool.

To be done before uninstalling any app.
