I am happy to report that it is again possible to set the alarm sound in the clock app.</p>
<p dir="auto">Again I can surface from slumber to the restful tones of 'Harp Arp' rather than being jarred awale by the strident 'Alarm Clock'. Many thanks to all involved.</p>

<p dir="auto">As you can see from the build number that was on the Dev channel. I was definitely on the RC channel after several bad experiences being on Dev. I definitely switched to RC. Then somehow my phone switched back to Dev without telling me. Not sure when or how.</p>
<p dir="auto">The upshot is the alarm sound is fixed on the Dev channel, but not on the RC channel. It definitely does not work on (2023-W12/4).</p>
