<![CDATA[Alarm sounds back to normal]]>I've just installed rhe Candidate Release 819 of 20.04 on my Volla Phone X. I am happy to report that it is again possible to set the alarm sound in the clock app.

Again I can surface from slumber to the restful tones of 'Harp Arp' rather than being jarred awale by the strident 'Alarm Clock'. Many thanks to all involved.

False alarm 😉

As you can see from the build number that was on the Dev channel. I was definitely on the RC channel after several bad experiences being on Dev. I definitely switched to RC. Then somehow my phone switched back to Dev without telling me. Not sure when or how.

The upshot is the alarm sound is fixed on the Dev channel, but not on the RC channel. It definitely does not work on (2023-W12/4).
