<p dir="auto">Lomiri has made great strides recently and it would be good if many people could test it on Ubuntu 24.04, Debian unstable,...<br />
But installation instructions are hard to find.<br />
The <a href="http://Lomiri.com" rel="nofollow ugc">Lomiri.com</a> site is not updated, points to GitHub which redirects to GitLab which contains references to GitHub...<br />
In short, it's a mess.<br />
I found an answer from Marius Gripsgard on X (Twitter):</p>
<p dir="auto">"You can now install it on unstable :):<br />
apt install lomiri-desktop-session mir-graphics-drivers-desktop lightdm<br />
".</p>
<p dir="auto">Hopefully this will help someone and the websites will be updated soon.</p>

after a few seconds the screen freezes and asks me for my password on my second screen which is inaccessible.</p>

I only used my main screen, but after a few seconds it still asks me for my password and it is impossible to configure my keyboard (Canadian multilingual).</p>

Be sure to select lightdm as the default display manager.</p>
<p dir="auto">After rebooting, everything worked surprisingly well.</p>
