That is the issue. I do not know how to properly install anbox with the new kernel.
I've attempted the method you mentioned above but it errors with "bash: adb: command not found" multiple times from which I reckon anbox is not fully preinstalled.

EDIT: Installing anbox as described in the wiki bricks my OS.

I just upgraded to OTA-13 on my LG Nexus 5. I read that from OTA-12 up the installation of android apps changes. How do I install android Apps?

I am not able to run the android apk of minetest in anbox nor the deb version in Libertine.
it seems to be related minetest not being able to create a .minetest directory. Does anyone know how to grant that permission to the program?

The deb version has the same errors for me.

If I try to run minetest https://f-droid.org/en/packages/net.minetest.minetest/
it gives me a screen making me allow it use the file system. If I click allow it doesn't respond. If I then set it manually through settings minetest either crashes directly after anbox was loaded or after minetest was loaded.
