The keyword and the touch don't work

@richardg
Can you give more information on what works.
Did you get through the initial configuration (language, wifi, timezone, ...) ?
At which step are you stuck ? -
@applee I can do the initial setup because the touching work but the keyboard doesn't appear.
Although I managed to pass the initial configuration, the graphical environment doesn't accept the touch so I can only turn off the phone. -
@richardg
Do you have a screen protector of some sort ?
After the initial setup, you are proposed with a small tutorial asking you to swipe from the top, left and right edges to see what features are available.
Did you pass this point ?
Can you unlock your phone when swiping left or right at the login screen ?My best bet is that all is connected. If you have trouble with the touchscreen.
You can try to plug a physical keyboard with an USB OTG or try to connect with bluetooth (but I don't think it will work) -

AFAIK the Fairphone have some "contacts" issues.
Maybe the connectors got loose for the touchscreen.I would open up the phone, trying to clean the connectors and be sure everything is in good shape.
Before doing such operation, have a look at iFixIt to learn about how to do it and what you have to be careful about.If you're afraid to open the phone, you can try to flash Ubuntu Touch again, sometimes it fixes stuff but in your case I'm more incline to think it is hardware related.

@applee
Yes I think the same.
I have installed the fairphone OS and the mobile est full memory and slower. -
VICTORY
The solution is install fairphone OS, to be reset, activate the debugging and reinstall ubports.
The big problem in this phone is the hard disk, when is full nothing work.
Thanks @AppLee
Now I will test all the functions. -

What OS was installed before the first attempt to install Ubuntu Touch?
-
@arubislander
I don't know, the first time to start the phone was very slow and all the time, the screen was coming black.
After I installed Fairphone OS I found the old photos, videos, everything. I was surprised because I thought that ubuntu touch erased all but not it.
The phone have the matters with the hardware, the SIM card don't recognise the internet network, the history in calls and SMS don't stay (very strange) so I use the phone only for tests now. -
Hi @richardg
When you first install Ubuntu Touch, you should select the "wipe data" option so the former user partition is cleaned.
I don't think that only explain the weird behavior, but that's a start.My advice if you can is flash back fairphone OS and in the installer be sure to choose "wipe data".
Of course if you didn't when you reinstalled Ubuntu Touch recently.This option is available in the installer because one would want to keep its data when reinstalling Ubuntu Touch over another version of Ubuntu Touch.
When installing over the former android OS it's always good to wipe the user partition. -
@applee
After reinstalling Fairphone OS he could also do a factory reset before installing uTouch. -
Thanks, I will select "wipe data" before to reinstall Ubuntu Touch and I will begin the process to install.
Before I test the phone with fairphone OS to see the hardware works.Question: It's possible to format the phone and install Ubuntu touch or I need the android OS in the phone ?
-
@richardg
You can do it with the UBports installer.
Or with TWRP if I'm correct (not really sure of this one )
