Stucked In enabling a new device Porting for Redmi 2 (Wingtech- wt88047)

I am new to porting and stucked at porting. I am unable to understand how to enable a new device that device and hardware and all. Please help me solving this.

You would have to give us more information to help you. There is documentation on how to get started with porting at wiki.ubports.com, did you read that?
Please note that we are currently not porting to new devices, so we won't be able to help you very much. Also, the Xiaomi Redmi 2 looks a little underpowered to make Ubuntu Touch shine, so you might reconsider if porting to that device is really worth the effort...
