make: *** No rule to make target

hey everyone!
i am trying to make a samsung herolte legacy port (galaxy s7) however i keep getting this error:make: *** No rule to make target '/home/com/ub-her/out/host/linux-x86/obj32/STATIC_LIBRARIES/libfdt_intermediates/export_includes', needed by '/home/com/ub-her/out/host/linux-x86/obj32/EXECUTABLES/dtbhtoolExynos_intermediates/import_includes'. Stop.i am not sure if this is a problem with the port or with the repo itself.
i got the repo using these instructions:

@ComLarsic I don't know the answer (anybody who can give you an answer would probably need a link to your manifest!), but let me just point out that there is already a port started: https://github.com/Halium/projectmanagement/issues/48 so best to a) start from there and b) collaborate with @ZeroPointEnergy .

Hi, thanks for the awnser. however I am trying to create a legacy port, not a halium port.
This way I can check the internals and add neccecary drivers ect. And I am already a little famaliar with the cm/lineage way of porting.
