Reproducing Jenkins builds / Jenkins configuration

I would like to test on my Pinephone (and I have from microSD but would like to do it from eMMC -- assuming that will work; why wouldn't it?) but would also like to build the rootfs myself. I traced the pinephone rootfs build back to the original triggering build (click-import) but then sort of hit a dead-end as I couldn't find the repo or Jenkins configuration that belongs to that.
I have extensive experience with Jenkins so really I just need to see configuration for projects and that would be more than enough to tell me what I needed to know. Is there a way to do this?
