Xiaomi a1 problem with build Halium

Hi there!
I'm quite noob in porting and I have problem with build halium packages. I stuck on last step regarding the "mka" tool. I don't have it in system and I can't find the information how to install it in ubuntu 16.04. O the other hand, there is no information in what folder I have to run this command.
Yes, I can use "make" tool but still, I don't know where :P. Maybe I'm a bit retarded but I can't see that basic information
