Hi everybody. I face up a very bad situation since 2/3 times. I receive an SMS. The notification shows me the beginning of an incoming message. But when I click the notification, I never get access to the SMS.
The very strange thing is: if I go to the messaging app, select the contact who sent me an SMS, I see all of our previous SMS...But not the one which "disappeared". Just as if it never existed.

Now for the context: I just received a message from a number I don't know the owner and it's very bad for me to lose that message...That's why I ask the community:
Is there any solution to read it back ?
Can I get access to any SMS database ?
I saw solutions using xgnokii, wammu (both didn't work), and sqlite, but I'm not sqlite comfortable, I don't know how to get access to the SMS database.

        I thank You! 🙂

@sesthotrys the database itself is in .local/share/history-service/history.sqlite
you can download it to your PC and use a GUI sqlite browser.
But weird that you have the notification and nothing stored.

@lduboeuf i know there are "short lived" SMS, more like a notification. So could be that kind of SMS. In that case, the message will not be stored in the database

@lduboeuf I have experienced that also a few times with my fp2. To me it seems like a bug...
