OS Not Updating

I can't get the operating system to update. I also can't flash the newest version onto the device using UBPorts insaller. Any suggestions?

@binsahir is the LTE version FLO, with the SIM CARD slot, or the DEB version which is WiFi only? The LTE version has issues, but the WiFi seems fine on certain things and you can flash the LTE version with the WiFi version of UT.
