Unable to install

Hi, I have issues with installing ut on taimen. Here's what I did:
Flash Factory firmware
Flash twrp and formart cache and data into ext4
Flash Ubuntu Touch with "Wipe Personal Data" ticked
Then, when it comes to the first time boot up it just stuck at Google logo, I tried multiple times including changing the channel, but made no sense. Does anyone know how to solve the problem? Is there anything I missed? -

@MrT10001 Well, it went through the Halium recovery and successfully did the "installing updates", once the installation on the phone is finish the phone started to reboot and it got stuck at the Google logo
