@messayisto I used the upgrade function, had to switch two times to focal rc channel, then the upgrade went flawless. I had to reinstall some apps manually in Openstore, now everything works lieke a charm, thank you devs!!

OTA 2 through installer only..
WAYDROID : flawless install with OTA 1.
Launched under OTA 2 successfully. Now updating the system image...
Working!
Still the same flaw : the bottom buttons are half hidden but functional.
Still, I can't connect to cellular data (Free operator in France) but can't say if it worked with OTA-1.
If anyone has a hint for that..

I installed on the OnePlus 5T the ota 1 Focal since the ota 25 Xenial and the installation was successful.
Unfortunately for ota 2 it didn't work because
because after the stable download and the restart prompt, the installation doesn't work, and the Recovery screen from Ubports appears, and then no reboot allows installation ...
So, my device can't take advantage of the latest update.
Perhaps it's a problem with the path to start the update?
Can Ota2 Focal be installed after downloading, or do I just have to carry out a complete reinstallation ?What is the solution, please ?

OTA means over the air, and that means that it can be downloaded. We do not generally need to apply updates by reinstalling the whole OS.
Edit: sorry for giving incomplete / incorrect information!

@vince-vs Install using the UT installer and leave the "Wipe data" box unticked. The OP5 and 5T had issues under the Focal Release Candidate with updating from the update channels. It got resolved, but looks like it is back. The install of OTA-2 is pretty quick.

@MrT10001 Is it possible whatever was the issue, was also in OTA-1, and is resolved in OTA-2, such that OTA-3 would be able to be installed via the Update Settings page.
