Hi i've read the port wiki and a little bit around and wanted to ask question about Halium and for device porting!
my device is a mediatek with the same cpu as the volla x23 mt6789

My question are the folowing:
1/Is halium available for android 13 ?( i found post telling it was in alpha but not much else)
2/Also the cpu being the same as the x23 from volla Mt6789 would mtktool work on it?
would multiboot work?
and lastly is there an up to date porting guide?
