If i ever need or want to re-install UT on my Pixel 3a, do i need to first restore the Google image (PQ3B.190801.002)? Or now that i have UT on it, can i just re-run the UT installer directly?

I don't have a need to, just want to know in case it happens.

Yes you can!
Is currently using an Op5t
Also owns an Op1, a BQ E4.5 and an Xperia X, as well as a BQ tablet and a Pinetab2. Please, someone... make it stop.
