Support for galaxy tab S2

Hey everyone. I want to port ubuntu touch to a samsung galaxy tab S2. It has 3gb of ram, 32 gb of rom and is in android version 7.0. I am not able find any resources regarding that. How to approach this?

@nishanthkvasan may be i can help you. But the process it's incomplete, i got a error while compile. The rest of steps like to manifest file, it's done.
about the error i find that is about the kernel threads of some UUID.
