Recently I have figured out how to upgrade to version 20.04 :face_with_hand_over_mouth:.
Still new to UT. But I am using Ubuntu Mate 24.04 as my daily OS.

This how you change ringtone for every contact:
Open the contact app
Pick a contact and open edit mode, the pen up in the right corner
Tapp on: add field
Scroll down to the last row: Ringtone
